These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the interior design and consulting services provided by BBMichaels Kft. (registered office: 1148 Budapest, Róna utca 1-3. 5/2, tax number: 27800872-2-42, registration number: 01-09-398526, hereinafter: Service Provider).
The Service Provider offers interior design, 3D modeling, and consulting services to natural persons and legal entities (Clients).
The legal relationship between the parties is governed by Hungarian law, in particular the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.).
Sending a message or requesting a quote through the website does not constitute a binding contract. The contract is officially established only upon the signing of an individual written Interior Design Agreement by both parties.
The Client may request a quote via the contact form on the website, by email, or by phone.
The Service Provider will prepare and send a written price proposal based on the details provided by the Client.
Upon acceptance of the proposal, the parties will sign a specific interior design contract detailing the scope of work, deadlines, and fees.
Interior design fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size of the property and the complexity of the project.
Invoices and payment requests are issued electronically via the Számlázz.hu system.
The design process is typically divided into milestones (e.g., concept design, execution plans), and payments are linked to the commencement or approval of each milestone.
The interior design concepts, floor plans, and 3D renderings provided by the Service Provider are aesthetic and functional guidelines. They do not substitute structural, architectural, engineering, or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction documentation. Engineering verification may be required prior to implementation.
The Service Provider is not liable for errors, delays, or poor workmanship caused by third-party contractors (e.g., builders, carpenters) or for the quality of materials used.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from technical issues, temporary downtime of the website, or the misuse of information found on the website.
All content on this website (photos, graphics, descriptions, texts, and design projects) is the intellectual property of BBMichaels Kft.
The Service Provider retains the copyright of all design plans and visual materials created during the project. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs solely for the specific property defined in the contract. Selling, redistributing, or reusing the designs for other projects is strictly prohibited.
