The project reimagined an underused wellness area within a historic hotel. The ambition was to create a sanctuary that reflects Riga’s unique identity while offering guests a calm escape from the rhythm of the city.
Insight
Wellness begins with atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from Latvia’s coastal landscape, maritime history and Art Nouveau heritage, we created an environment where material, light and space work together to encourage restoration and reflection.
Outcome
The spa now offers a deeply immersive experience that feels both contemporary and rooted in its location. Guests are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves and discover a quieter side of Riga through design.
