Located in Riga’s historic Art Nouveau district, the existing hotel no longer reflected the expectations of today’s traveller. The opportunity was not simply to renovate the lobby, but to redefine its role as a place that connects people with the city around it.
We believe hospitality begins with belonging. Rather than creating another impressive interior, we uncovered the building’s social potential—transforming history into an active part of the guest experience and allowing local culture to shape the atmosphere.
The result is a vibrant destination where travellers and locals naturally come together. Every space encourages connection, curiosity and discovery, creating an experience that feels authentic to Riga while remaining welcoming to everyone.
